First-Year Representative: TBD (follow our Instagram for updates on First-Year Rep elections!)

Responsibilities include: 

• identifying problems within and beyond LGBTOUT
• voicing concerns of general membership 
• generally supporting the Directors’ work, especially with events
• focus on bringing forth the concerns of first-year students

Administrative Director: Alex Drakopoulos 

Responsibilities include: 

• scheduling meetings 
• collecting and distributing meeting minutes 
• delegating tasks with other Directors 
• organizing CCR status with U of T

Resources & Training Director: Angela Wang

Responsibilities include: 

• updating and organizing the resources distributed by LGBTOUT, including pamphlets, brochures, referral lists, and safer sex supplies 
• organizing at least one (1) mandatory training each academic term for the Executive Committee and LGBTOUT volunteers 
• providing additional, regularly occurring opportunities for education and development among the LGBTOUT members 
• encouraged to work closely with the Drop-In Centre Director

Public Relations Director: Mady Sherrill

Responsibilities include:

• LGBTOUT’s public relations strategies and actions 
• responding to media inquiries 
• updating/moderating LGBGOUT media sites (website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and MailChimp e-newsletters) 
• making graphics to post on social media 

Executive-at-Large: Rubaina

Responsibilities include: 

• identifying problems within and beyond LGBTOUT 
• voicing concerns of general membership 
• generally supporting the Directors’ work, especially with events 

Finance Director: Sherry Li

Responsibilities include: 

• keeping and maintaining accurate and complete records of all LGBTOUT’s financial transactions
• in consultation with the other directors, preparing a budget at the beginning of each academic year 
• providing a budget report at the Annual General Meeting and at General Meetings as required 

Drop-In Centre Director: Alice Kalaczynski

Responsibilities include: 

• overseeing maintenance of the Drop-In and office spaces of LGBTOUT 
• recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling volunteers 

Events Director: Samiha Swarup 

Responsibilities include: 

• planning at least five (5) events per term to help build community among the members of LGBTOUT 
• encouraged to work closely with the other Directors, other U of T groups, and/or groups outside of U of T when planning events
